Lovely apartments at Parque del Sol

The staff are very friendly and helpful, food is good, enough choices to please everyone! The hotel is in a good location, not far from beaches, bars,bus stops,but quiet too. The apartment is large, nice sized shower room and big balcony.

This is a lovely complex that always felt comfortable and welcoming

Wonderful

The location is perfect. Room was renovated and clean. We got a nice view to the pool. Pool was clean and warm, nice for children. Good breakfast and the dinner was okay as well. Good value for money, would stay again.

E-block close to a big hotel with very loud music / show in the evening, can be heard to the room. Teaspoons where always hard to find at breakfast. Drinks not included in the dinner buffet, would be nice to include at least still water to the buffet. AC in the room would be great.

Nice hotel - but will not return with kids

The hotel staff provides a mixture of a very personal, "familiar" approach and a hurried inpersonal, almost unprofessional approach. The employees in the restaurant was uttermost fantastic. It almost seems they know every single guest and their needs. Having a sensitive child theme provided us with the same table every morning and evening - and were very interested in us feeling comfortable. I was SO thankful to them and would recommend the restaurant to everyone to try. Also, the food is wonderful, both evenings and mornings, with fruits and main courses changing every day for the entire week we were there. The staff works VERY hard to make a great experience for guests. Bubbles was served on Valentines day and Saturdays! Kids had little sweets in stead. Strongly recommend to try evening meals with their fresh fish! There is something for everyone - also the kids. The two life savers also deserve a mention. They were very gentle and occupied with the wellbeing and safety of all people around the pool. It was so heartwarming to observe. The room was spacious and with a view of the see and sunset. Also with a bathtub. We could not have asked for more.

The people at the reception desk are often very hurried and does not show the warm interest that we felt in the restaurant and with the life savers. For example there is no time for asking questions about the area as would be the case in some other smaller hotels. This was a pity as the hotel and its garden and other staff does provide you with a sense of warmth and individual interest. Also, the hotel really needs to clearly display rules as to how the long, and at places very slim, outdoor pool can best be shared between families/kids and people who is dont want their hair wet. The pool is now shared between people of all kinds. Elder people swimming and exercising at the same time as families with kids playing. This worked for wonderfully for us for an entire week, with everyone paying attention to each other, and with GREAT life savers constantly with an eye to the water. But - on the last day suddenly one person had apparently complained to the reception (not us!) and followingly our son was not any longer allowed to jump and splash in the far corner of the pool. I found that this was extremely uncomfortable and was afterwards looking forward to leave the hotel. We had a great time there but will - for this reason - never return to this hotel. There is no possibility to sit and dine/have breakfast out side. This is really a downsizer for us as we love to sit outside and eat - in our holidays.

Gorgeous property / fantastic for families

Location is excellent, so close to various beaches, restaurants and shops. Lovely amenities and half board option is perfect for tasting variety of foods Staff are very friendly and helpful There is free mini golf on site- great for kids Lots of books to choose from / to keep or exchange. There is also chess board for kids and lots of inflatable and plastic toys for beach/ pool days to borrow. You can get to property directly from the airport on 2 buses (40 and then 467) cheap and convenient

I didn’t realise there wasn’t an air con but there are 2 ceiling fans Also struggled with 2 single beds being pushed together instead of a double

The hotel is quite good, Well situated and not very far from seaside. Staff speaks Russian Rooms are good enough and clean The food is not bad, not a huge choice but enough good Swimming pool is warmed Beautiful views from the windows

Well.., I was actually shocked when we have been asked to pay for the water at the dinner which was already payed and included in the price. And the 500ml of still water costed additionally 2,8 €. This was very strange The towels for swimming pool are also payed and costed 1€ per day. Also WIFi didn’t always worked well The blankets (for bed) very quite thin Children zone is a bit old and it’s a bit cold there.

Great value for money

The facilities exceeded my expectations. The one bedroom apartment is very spacious, and the cleaning team made sure it was well maintained over the course of our stay. The pool view is very nice with all the palm trees around it. Even though the hotel is a bit older, the staff go the extra mile to make sure is well maintained. Breakfast and dinner were very good. As a budget hotel not everything they provide is of great quality but there's plenty of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed their variety of fruit for breakfast.. and the churros :). For dinner there was always an option of grilled fish and/or steak alongside their traditional cuisine. Worth pointing out that the restaurant staff is really friendly and in our case really helped us entertain a fussy 2 year old :).

The restaurant area could use some refurbishment but nothing major.

Amazing location, very clean and with lovely staff

Amazing apart hotel resort for families, very quiet and clean. Huge deep pool and heated small kids pool. Great location between plaja de fanabe and playa del duque (both amazing beaches). A huge thank you to the restaurant staff especially to Manuel for making our breakfast and dinner very enjoyable.

I would have loved to have more activities for kids. There are some lovely spaces in the resort but not very well used (we discovered the playground behind one of the blocks in our last day).

Resting holiday with family, coming short of excitement but filling up on the English wibe

The staff was exceptional. It would have been the best option out of all for us location wise having seen the whole island so pleased with our choice

SMOKING! There are separate building blocks and easily it could be split to the 2 group but it isn’t. This inevitably means that due to the chain smoker downstairs neighbour we could not open the terrace door as we didn’t want our 1 year old to start passive smoking. Should be a focus point in current times! Besides the food was accustomed to the very poor needs of German and English tourists instead of having some good National dishes served.

Spacious and comfortable hotel near two nicr beaches.

The pool is big and the pool area is very nice.
